High Performance Spray Systems offers several types of onsite manufactured spray applied products for inside your home and for the exterior of your home. We professionally install the following: Thermal Spray Cork, Urethane Spray foam insulation, all types of protective urethane and epoxy coatings, fire protective coatings and concrete lifting urethane spray foam.

Acoustic Insulation
This product is excellent if you’re looking to block out the sound from motorways, lawnmowers, and snow blowers. Maybe you would rather have your stereo blasting your favourite songs without having to worry about what the neighbours are thinking. This product reduces sound in and out of your home up to 18 decibels!
Fire Retardant
Cork is truly an amazing natural product that has survived forest and farm clearing for centuries partially because cork bark protecting the tree is fire retardant. It means that if a direct open flame is held to your home, the cork will reflect and dissipate the heat without absorbing the hotness, and the cork will not release heated particles (ash) or allow the flames to spread.
Thermal Barrier
Utilizing the cork trees’ natural insulating properties from extreme heat and cold, this product, when combined with an elastomeric coating, creates a thermal barrier that repels heat and cold from entering your home as well as locking in temperature or air conditioning inside.
Low Maintenance
Does your siding or windows collect dust, water spots or hydrocarbons (exhaust)? Not to worry, just pressure wash your cork siding, and your home looks brand new without damaging the finish.
Lasting Appearance
The pigment in our product fades and breaks down at a rate of 1% per year, which is far better than traditional paints, stuccos and other finishing products 2%-10%.

HOW IS IT APPLIED?
Thermal CorkShield™ is applied over existing substrates or as a final coat in the stucco process. Projected at the wall through a texture sprayer, it pounds against the surface, and each granule of cork acts as a suction cup. Along with a polyurethane adhesive that stops delamination and our certifying process, we stand behind the product with a 15-year warranty.
IS THERMAL CORKSHIELD™ AN ECO-FRIENDLY PRODUCT?
Yes. Cork is a natural product from the cork bark tree. It is extracted from the bark of the tree without damaging it every 9 – 10 years. During the trimming of the bark, the cork tree releases large amounts of oxygen, helping to replenish the air we breathe.
The process of extraction, manufacture and application of the cork material is done without any environmental impact. We are certified as green by the U.S. Green Building Council.
WHAT COLOURS ARE AVAILABLE?
There are currently 27 stock colours, and the product is available in any custom colours you can imagine.
Because Thermal CorkShield™ is mixed on-site with advanced proprietary pigments, we see less than 1% of fade annually, compared to 5-10% fade with most paints.
